How to Return
Return within 30 days from the date you receive your item for a full refund.
Many of our products are shipped directly from overseas warehouses and the shipping takes about 2-3 weeks after the order is placed. You cannot cancel your order while in transit but you can return items within 30 days from the date you receive the items.
- Repack your items in proper packaging and seal it well.
- Log into Returns Portal.
- Select your preferred return option. If you choose to receive a return label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. The shipping cost is based on USPS rates.
- Mail the package via USPS to:

- Keep the proof of return shipping
- We will email you once we receive your returned items
- Items must be in original form, unworn & unwashed.
- Shipping on returned item is non-refundable unless the wrong or damaged item was received. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back the return items.
- Refunds will be made in the original method of payment only.
- Marked-down items including all items on the Sale pages are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Allow 7-14 business days to process your return on our end.
- No Rest for tudiligencia reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.
- Exchanges: Easiest and surest way to do an exchange is to place a new order and return unwanted item.
- International orders: customers are responsible for VAT and custom duty taxes.
- If there is any issue with the item received, please email at [email protected] within 5 business days of receipt.
- We no longer accept returns of online orders at our retail stores.
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, odors, perfume and/or stains.
