DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and the ship-to address. Many of our products are shipped directly from overseas warehouses and the shipping takes about 2-3 weeks after the order is placed. You cannot cancel your order while in transit but you can return items within 30 days from the date you receive the items.

  • Please allow up to 3-10 business days for your order to be processed. Shipments may be delayed due to the carrier, weather, and/or our operational limitations.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification. If your tracking says "Waiting to receive merchandise", it means our third party warehouse is waiting for the merchandise to arrive from oversea warehouse. In this case, the status will not change for about 10 days then the tracking will resume when items are shipped from the U.S. warehouse.
  • Domestic USA shipping is handled by the United States Postal Service. 

tudiligencia is not responsible for any packages delivered by USPS or UPS that are lost/stolen/damaged. In the event that a package is lost or stolen, please contact your closest USPS/UPS to file a claim. For more information on requesting a refund with USPS, please see the USPS website.

Many of our products are drop-shipped directly from our venders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to most countries via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping charges to Canada and other international countries are calculated at checkout and are based on weight and the ship-to address.

Shipping time is dependent on USPS. Shipping may be delayed due to the carrier, weather, and/or our operational limitations. Expedited shipping is not available for international orders.

VAT & Custom Duty Taxes: Customer are responsible for paying any country-specific VAT, custom duty taxes, tariffs on their own. These taxes are billed separately by your respective government and are not included in the shipping charges from tudiligencia. We are unable to assist with these taxes and we are unable to contact international carriers. 

If you do not receive your order within 10 business days from receiving your shipping notification, please contact us, so that we can assist you in tracking the package.
